How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free, however the buyer is responsible for any duty fees that may incur on international orders.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

We cannot cancel, modify or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final.

How will my package be shipped?

The artist will lovingly package and ship his/her art to your inputted address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

What if the Art is damaged?

Artists have years of experience in shipping their art and to date we are unaware of any problems with damage upon shipping.   Each piece of art is unique and irreplaceable.  If damage occurs, the Canadian Children’s Book Centre must be immediately notified upon receipt of the shipment.
